Job Overview

The Graphics Designer / Brand Creatives will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual assets that reinforce the company’s brand identity and support marketing campaigns. The role involves creating static and motion graphics for digital platforms, print, and events, while ensuring creativity, innovation, and alignment with brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in design tools, and capable of delivering visually appealing, brand-consistent materials within set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Branding

  • Study design briefs, determine requirements, and conceptualize visuals that meet campaign and communication objectives.
  • Create compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations for both digital and print media.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and reinforce brand identity.


2. Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Translate marketing concepts into high-quality visuals for campaigns, events,
    advertising, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to deliver creative assets that support brand initiatives.
  • Innovate by exploring new design formats such as motion graphics, infographics, and animations.

3. Design Quality & Feedback

  • Review designs for errors before publishing or printing.
  • Amend designs promptly based on feedback while maintaining creativity and brand integrity.
  • Deliver projects within agreed timelines from briefing to execution.

4. Collaboration & Project Execution

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and
    Communications.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support cross-functional projects with creative input and innovative design solutions.

5. Data Protection & Confidentiality

  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in handling company-related
    information, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and internal policies.
  • Adhere to the company’s information security guidelines, including proper storage, transmission, and disposal of sensitive materials.
  • Promptly report any suspected data breaches or unauthorized access to the
    appropriate company authority.
  • Participate in periodic data protection training to stay informed about evolving
    security risks and best practices.

6. General Assignment

  • Execute any other duties and tasks that may be designated or assigned by the
    Company.
  • Participate in the knowledge-sharing programme of the department and the
    company
  • To provide support to your manager, Managing Director, and Vice Chairman as may be required towards serving the Board, Management, and staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. Experience:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as a graphics designer or brand creative

3. Skills and Competence:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and application of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

KPIs and Performance Metrics:

  1. Design Alignment: % of designs adhering to brand guidelines.
  2. Turnaround Time: Average time from briefing to delivery of design requests.
  3. Design Quality: Score based on feedback and % of designs approved with minimal revisions.
  4. Creative Output: Number of creative assets delivered monthly (static and motion).
  5. Brand Visibility: % increase in visibility/engagement through creative assets.
  6. Innovation: Successful adoption of new formats (motion graphics, infographics,
    animation).
